I typically create gourmet dishes and each dish is a unique creation and/or a variation of a dish. Many seasoning ingredients are imported, and the main cooking oils typically used are Extra Virgin/Regular Olive, Avocado, and Sesame oils.

All meals have a gourmet flare, different ingredients indicate whether a dish will vary in price. to create the best taste, many spices are imported. There's an up-charge for: fish, seafood, speciality dishes and certain meats. (i.e. fish beef, a special dish). Prices are in USD & Local Currency (exact amount to be determined by the exchange rate).

If you want to treat yourself and/or you want a unique delicious meal here in Medellin delivered to you, contact the chef to order. Prices are based upon the ingredients and may vary. Note: If you want meals delivered, there's a discounted price available when ordering 4-5 meals per week. Speciality Items/Requests (From $14)
Speciality items may be arranged with the chef. These items are usually premium dishes and ingredients and/or special requests. Special Dinners are available (7) days a week with reservations. Each meal is a unique (customized) gourmet dinner dish, created just for you. Dessert may be included upon request for an additional charge. (-selections to be given). Each meal is a unique (customized) gourmet dish, created each week. Some dishes may be a variation. Listed Price Per Meal (4-7) orders per week. (5) meals = $72.50 $290,000 COP week (5) meals/days Pay for meal(s) with local currency, with a cash transfer app, (ie: Venmo, Zelle, Wise, CashApp, PayPal) contact the chef for details.
Week Meal Prep (3-7 days)
Weekly meal prep from (4-7) meals per week are considered memberships, and the meals are discounted. *This may require payment in advance for the week. Certain items will have an uncharge from $2.00 for fish, seafood and speciality items (like Lamb, Goat, etc) [1/2 Week Meal Prep (3) meals per week are also available- request pricing from the chef]. List of menu options are sent to subscribed clients via text (via WhatsApp) and/or to an email. Usually, the menu will include items for one week.
Additional SIDE DISHES
Sides dishes are additional or a special order. Cost to be determined, contact chef for pricing (ie: salad, seasoned rice or garlic bread)
Special Dining Options
A custom dinner menu is arranged with the chef from options listed on the site or new creations, made just for you. Price to be determined by the selections and amount of people the dishes are intended for.
